Located in the Roggebaai Canal Tourism precinct in the foreshore area of downtown Cape Town, adjacent to the V&A waterfront and the CITICC, Intaba has a mixed basket of rights with 31,800m2 of construction area for hotel, residential, offices and retail facilities.
