Culemborg Quarter

Culemborg Quarter is an exciting new development that has launched. It will consist of 7 different commercial property buildings upon its completion, set on a site currently hosting car showrooms at the eastern end of the Cape Town central business district. These buildings will range between 10 and 35 storeys, which will significantly impact the Cape Town skyline.

The development will offer brand new office space to let, as well as retail space to let in a vibrant new mixed-use precinct. Residential space will also be on offer, and hotel space, truly creating a live, work, play environment in the middle of the city - a trend fast catching on in South Africa.

Parking areas will be constructed underneath the elevated foreshore freeways, contributing towards activating what is currently an unsightly dead space.

The Culemborg Quarter development is the perfect location for office space to let, as it is situated very close to the MyCiTi Civic Centre BRT station and Cape Town Station. The Golden Arrow bus terminus is within easy walking distance as well. Other modes of public transport, such as cabs, are also available.

The foreshore is arguably the most exciting development location in the city of Cape Town at present, with massive plans - both public and private - set to complete change the face of the inner city.

This new development was designed by dhk Architects.

The retail space to let will be in a 'high street shopping' environment.
